Temporary Suspension of Flights Into Mara Ngerende Airstrip

Airkenya has temporarily suspended operations into and out of Mara – Ngerende Airstrip.
 
The Airstrip status has dilapidated following the recent heavy rains.
 

We have received confirmation from the Airstrip’s Management that repair works have been scheduled to start on the 13^th February 2020.
 
We recommend that all reservations into and out of Mara Ngerende Airstrip moved to Mara North Airstrip,
 
Should you have alternate arrangements please advise our reservations and operations teams.

Once repair work is completed, Airkenya will carry out an inspection flight and advise you resumption date.
