A seasoned professional pilot with over 11,700 flying hours, Captain James has been with AirKenya for 16 years. As head of operations, he is in charge of the company’s fleet managers, crew training, cabin crews, flight and ground operations. On his role, he comments, “I live, breath and love aeroplanes and enjoy going the extra mile to ensure passengers enjoy their experience flying with AirKenya.” Captain James also ensures licensing and documentation of all the aircraft operations with regard to all civil aviation and government authorities.
A fully licensed FAA commercial/instrument pilot, Captain James completed his early training at the Maxwell Flying Center in Montgomery Alabama.
